Qork (Qork Labs), based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August.

Through the forms on this website we collect:

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message and the topics of interest you select.

Booking a call: name, email, phone (optional) and your preferred date and time.

With your consent, we also collect browsing data (such as IP address and pages visited) through analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

To respond to contact and quote requests;

To schedule and manage meetings;

With consent, to analyse website traffic in order to improve it.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): when you submit the form, book a call, and accept analytics cookies.

Contact requests and bookings: up to 2 years after the last contact;

Analytics data (Google Analytics): as configured in the service (up to 14 months).

After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. To run the website we use processors that may handle data on our behalf:

Vercel — website hosting;

Google — submitted requests are stored in a Google Sheet; and Google Analytics for traffic analysis (only with consent).

These providers are required to process data solely according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Some of these services (Vercel, Google) may involve transferring data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by the GDPR.
